Gallery Not OptedHi - thank you for the notes which were waiting for me when I returned from holidays. They look great. I do have two issues I'd like to raise with you though. Firstly, I specifically did not want serial numbers on the notes and they have been printed with them. This clutters the area where my web address is. Secondly is the international shipping rates. You charged me $40 above the rate you paid and this seems excessive to me. I'd like to hear your thoughts on these issues. I am otherwise very happy with the notes. I went through the process again, it asked for my cc info, which I put in, and I think I may have been billed again. My impression was that the revisions were free if done within 48 hours. Have I been charged again, and if so, can you waive the charge? The email you provide to request a change came back mailer demon undeliverable at that email address. Thank youtrumbull, connecticut

I have not heard back, so I really really hope you have just made the adjustment/correction and not gotten back to me. If not, then my experience is less than satisfying. Although communication with the company was prompt, as was the shipment of the product, the prduct quality was poor and thus the product was unusable for our purposes (the image from one side of the bill shows through on the other--an issue that is apparently an artifact of the paper I chose and that should have been explained when I placed the order); also, some of the bills are smudged. This has been an ultimately frustrating experience. My sense is, at least in my experience, that the company values haste over quality and customer service.San Francisco, CA

That paired with the fact that I found it difficult to complete an order will probably lead me to not order from your site again. You need to make this site way more user friendly and easier to read. I would appreciate if I could get my list of serial numbers.

Part of their score is how much money they collect. This year, Home for the Holidays, can accept credit cards. We are going to sell "dollars" to credit card holders to use.
